30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, returned in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To request a return, email info@digitalstudioshop.com with your order number and reason for returning the item. We will reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the original item after approval and place a new order for the product you prefer.

EU Customers

Orders delivered within the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank may require additional time to display the refund.
